Does goodsped insurance ensure safety for my goods?
Carrier liability insurance applies to each transported shipment in accordance with the CMR Convention. Our contract carriers dispose of carrier liability insurance which relates to all internationally transported shipments up to the limits laid down by the conventions for international transport. With our firm you additionally receive forwarder liability insurance up to the amount of CZK 10,000,000. More information
Does goodsped provide consignment guarantee beyond the scope of international conventions?
You can take out a consignment forwarding insurance which significantly increases the certainty at all types
of carriage and which does not have any limits imposed for liability for damage as is the case with
the international conventions (e.g. the CMR). Within the scope of these conventions, the carrier or the forwarder
settles the claims only to a certain amount and is liable only for part of the damages that can be incurred
during carriage. Consignment insurance for carriage can be taken out for all hazards and risks, including consequences
of force majeure, strikes etc. or with a limited coverage by territory, means of transport and nature of goods.
By when can I notify goodsped of an insurance application at the latest?
It is easy, insurance for individual shipment can be notified to goodsped only 24 hours prior to loading.

If you have regular consignment volumes, goodsped can automatically collect them at prearranged time ranges.
What is the length of delivery times for ordinary consignments from abroad?
We arrange loading in any European location already within one hour.

Can goodsped freight oversized cargoes?
- The goodsped's specialty is a tilt semi-trailer of up to 3.7 m internal height.
- We are able to forward oversized and heavy lift cargoes, machines, facilities and equipment sets and complete plant equipments.
Are there weight and dimension limits of my consignment for individual destinations?
Where can I find them?
Each destination is characterized by its weight and dimension limits. We will be happy to advise you on the most suitable means of transport for your consignment and the concrete destination. Please call the customer service at +420 775 555 568.
Can goodsped carry dangerous goods?
Highly qualified partners will assure the carriage of your consignment containing dangerous goods in line with the ADR regulations (European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road).

Does goodsped offer cargo tracking reports?
Direct contact with the driver makes sure that you receive accurate information and have control over the actual position of your goods.
How do you settle the freight costs?
The invoice together with the CMR and delivery notes are normally mailed within 5 days after the carriage termination.
